Description
Project ManagerManage projects from preconstruction through completion in active environments. Lead and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Maintain project schedules, budgets, and client communication. Ensure strict adherence to safety, cleanliness, and operational protocols. Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and project documentation. Navigate challenges unique to occupied and mission-critical spaces. Drive collaboration across internal teams and client stakeholders.The successful applicant will have 3-5+ years of project management or assistant project management experience. Experience in commercial construction; healthcare experience preferred but not required. Ability to manage work in active/occupied environments is a plus. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Professionalism and attention to detail in sensitive work environments. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for growth and ownership. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.Competitive salary: APM: $85K-$100K. Performance-driven growth opportunities. $500/month vehicle allowance (PM level). EZ-Pass reimbursement. Health insurance (54% employer paid, begins day 1). HSA contribution: $2,500 individual / $5,000 family. 401(k) with employer match. PTO (2-3 weeks, with updates in progress) + 7 holidays. ESOP program in development (ownership opportunity). Opportunity to work directly with leadership, including CEO.
