Description
- Manage projects from preconstruction through completion in active environments
- Lead and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and client communication
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, cleanliness, and operational protocols
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and project documentation
- Navigate challenges unique to occupied and mission-critical spaces
- Drive collaboration across internal teams and client stakeholders
Profile
- 3-5+ years of project management or assistant project management experience
- Experience in commercial construction; healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Ability to manage work in active/occupied environments is a plus
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Professionalism and attention to detail in sensitive work environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for growth and ownership
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
