You Are:
- KNOWLEDGEABLE: Bachelor's degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or relevant field or equivalent experience; basic industry and project management knowledge and previous experience in Plumbing project management considered a plus
- EXPERIENCED: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have familiarity with construction / project management software programs
- A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate both verbally and written to varied levels of audiences; ability to negotiate changes and resolve conflicts successfully to protect the company's interest
- ANALYTICAL: Critical thinker with strong attention to detail; ability to problem-solve
- ADAPTABLE: Quickly adjust to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities under time constraints
- FLEXIBLE: Available as needed; travel to client sites; attend client meetings and events
What You'll Do:
- ASSIST: Support Project Managers with equipment buyouts, estimations, submittals, RFIs, change orders, schedules, budgets, communication, close outs, and other aspects of project management
- PRIORITIZE: Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities, ensuring project deadlines are met
- COORDINATE: Point of communication for customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal coordination
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS: Initiate and maintain trusting relationships with clients, promoting repeat business
- CONVEY: Communicate aspects of project to clients including changes in costs for the benefit of project results
- OBTAIN: Acquire the appropriate permits and licenses to ensure compliance
- SERVICE: Provide exceptional guidance and support to all stakeholders, partners, and team members
