Assistant Project Manager - Private Construction

The company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to assist in managing multiple construction projects while developing into a future Project Manager.

Client Details

A mid-sized commercial general contractor with a diverse portfolio of healthcare, office, retail, and institutional projects throughout the Chicagoland area.

Description

• Support Project Managers throughout all project phases.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Assist with subcontractor coordination.
• Track project schedules and procurement.
• Participate in owner and subcontractor meetings.
• Help monitor budgets and project costs.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 3+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience using construction management software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
