Description

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating multifamily construction projects.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to address project needs.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including reports and contracts.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Track and manage project costs and resources effectively.
  • Support the resolution of project-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer should have:

  • Experience in multifamily construction or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and construction processes.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a similar discipline.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.

Job Offer

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000
