Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager will:
- Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from kickoff through completion.
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful execution.
- Lead project financial management, including forecasting, reporting, and profitability tracking.
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and manage RFIs, project documentation, and client communications.
- Monitor cost-to-complete forecasts and proactively mitigate project risks.
- Collaborate with preconstruction and design-build teams during project transitions.
- Conduct project reviews to ensure quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.
- Travel to project sites as needed to support execution and client relationships.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and field teams.

A successful Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager should have:
- Experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, and profitability management.
- Experience building and maintaining construction schedules.
- Knowledge of subcontractor and vendor management.
- Experience handling RFIs and project documentation.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
