Job Description

Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager

The Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager will:

  • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from kickoff through completion.
  • Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Lead project financial management, including forecasting, reporting, and profitability tracking.
  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and manage RFIs, project documentation, and client communications.
  • Monitor cost-to-complete forecasts and proactively mitigate project risks.
  • Collaborate with preconstruction and design-build teams during project transitions.
  • Conduct project reviews to ensure quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.
  • Travel to project sites as needed to support execution and client relationships.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and field teams.

A successful Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager should have:

  • Experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, and profitability management.
  • Experience building and maintaining construction schedules.
  • Knowledge of subcontractor and vendor management.
  • Experience handling RFIs and project documentation.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
