Job Description
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project schedules.
- Track project budgets and manage resources effectively to control costs.
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts and reports.
- Monitor construction progress and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support in maintaining high-quality standards throughout project execution.

The successful applicant should have:
- Educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in commercial construction projects, preferably within the business services industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various project aspects.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in construction.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
What's on offer:
Salary: $70,000-$100,000 + bonus
