Description

  • Assist in managing multiple retail construction and tenant coordination projects
  • Coordinate with tenants, designers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Review and interpret architectural drawings and project documents
  • Track project budgets, costs, and financial performance
  • Support scheduling, reporting, and overall project delivery
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and project teams
  • Travel across the regional portfolio as required

Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in tenant coordination or construction/project management
  • Background in retail design and construction (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar (preferred)
  • Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven stakeholder management and client-facing experience
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
  • Experience in financial tracking and cost analysis
  • Familiarity with MS Office (graphics skills a plus)
  • PMP and/or LEED AP credentials (preferred)
