Description
- Assist in managing multiple retail construction and tenant coordination projects
- Coordinate with tenants, designers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Review and interpret architectural drawings and project documents
- Track project budgets, costs, and financial performance
- Support scheduling, reporting, and overall project delivery
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and project teams
- Travel across the regional portfolio as required
Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in tenant coordination or construction/project management
- Background in retail design and construction (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar (preferred)
- Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven stakeholder management and client-facing experience
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Experience in financial tracking and cost analysis
- Familiarity with MS Office (graphics skills a plus)
- PMP and/or LEED AP credentials (preferred)
