Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction. Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking. Manage RFIs, submittals, permits, and change orders. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Track procurement and material deliveries. Help maintain project documentation and reporting. Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings. Monitor project milestones and assist with risk management. Support project closeout and turnover processes. Collaborate with field teams to ensure successful project execution.

A successful candidate will have 1-4 years of commercial or multifamily construction experience. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Understanding of construction documents and specifications. Experience with project coordination and document management. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software. Desire to grow into a Project Manager role.
