At Nautilus Homes, you'll work alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents while learning how award-winning custom homes are built from the ground up. We build distinctive custom waterfront homes throughout Sarasota and are committed to developing the next generation of construction leaders.What You'll DoAs an Assistant Project Manager, you'll support our Project Management team through every phase of construction while learning the processes that deliver exceptional homes.Responsibilities include:Assist Project Managers with planning and coordinating residential construction projectsHelp maintain project schedules and monitor progressTrack budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and change ordersCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and homeownersAttend project meetings and document action itemsPerform regular jobsite visits to monitor quality, safety, and project progressAssist with RFIs, submittals, permits, inspections, and project documentationMaintain organized project files using construction management softwareSupport problem-solving and help keep projects moving forwardWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related fieldRecent graduate or up to 2 years of construction experience through internships or full-time workStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude with a willingness to learnComfortable working both in the office and on active construction sitesProficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore is a plusValid driver's licenseWhat Success Looks LikeWithin your first year, you'll confidently support multiple custom home projects, build strong relationships with trade partners, and become a trusted member of the project team.
