This is your chance to work alongside industry experts, gain hands-on experience, and drive your career forward in a supportive and innovative environment.What We're Looking ForRequirements for this role include:2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Construction administrative role.Familiar with methods, equipment, and tools used in the HVAC service and installation trade.Must have at least a high school degree, or G.E.D.Must have superior communication and interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.)Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Familiarity with mechanical drawings and commercial construction projects.Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel. Experience with industry software such as: ProCore, Bluebeam, Revue, Revit, AutoCad, is a plus.Able to understand and manage job deadlines.Location & TravelThis position is based at our HQ in Sterling, VA.
