Support the Project Manager with scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination. Process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Attend the project site regularly and work closely with field teams to track progress and resolve issues. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Assist with cost tracking, forecasting, and project reporting. Ensure project milestones, quality standards, and contract requirements are met. Support safety initiatives and maintain project compliance. Participate in project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. Help drive projects to successful completion while maintaining client satisfaction.The Successful Applicant2+ years of experience in construction as an Assistant Project Manager. Experience on federal, healthcare, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred. Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and project documentation. Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activities. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships with project teams and clients.
