Overview
The Project Manager Assistant supports the Project Manager in the day-to-day execution and management of projects. This role involves assisting with implementation, tracking, documentation, and correspondence to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled in project management principles, with strong communication and technical abilities.

Key Responsibilities
· Execute the project according to the project plan
· Develop forms and records to document project activities
· Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
· Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
· Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders and relevant staff on project progress
· Review the quality of work completed with the project team regularly to ensure it meets project standards
· Ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget, and at the required level of quality
· Evaluate project outcomes as established during the planning phase
