We have an opening for a dedicated and qualified Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of complex electrical construction projects.

In this role, you will work closely with the lead Project Manager to assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring high standards of quality and performance are met.This includes managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure high-quality, timely, and safe project delivery. The role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and resolving technical issues as they arise.

 The Assistant PM will support the Lead PM in the following key responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage electrical construction projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Supervise and coordinate electrical teams, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards, codes, and regulations
  • Plan, develop, and track overall and short-term project task schedules to ensure production
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality
  • Communicate project status to clients, stakeholders, and senior management
  • Address and resolve any technical or logistical issues that may arise during construction
  • Review and approve work plans, change orders, and submittals
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management
Preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in the field for electrical contracting or engineering. Commercial construction experience is also ideal
