Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at the Earl Apartments in Gainesville. We offer up to $22/hrs plus leasing & renewal commissions and full benefits including 2 weeks paid time off and tuition reimbursement.

What We Offer:
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay up to $22.00/hour, based on experience.
Lucrative commission program: Earn up to $75.00 per new lease AND up to $100.00 per lease renewal.
Annual raises: Up to 5% based on performance.
Employee Referral Bonuses: $500.00 - $1,000.00, depending on the role referred.
