$2,500 Sign-on Bonus (Paid at 90 days) Peabody Properties, Inc. seeks an experienced and seasoned Assistant Property Manager to oversee an apartment community in Bedford, MA. This community sits on four beautiful acres on the northwest corner of the VA’s Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Medical Center and consists of sixty-nine, furnished apartment homes offering permanent, supportive housing for homeless Veterans and those at imminent risk of homelessness. The ideal candidate will have prior marketing/leasing experience and is knowledgeable in all aspects of site operations, rent collection, work order processing, and preparation of turnover, LIHTC compliance and resident relations. Duties also include, but not limited to, collections, assisting with recertifications, property inspections, and administrative functions.
