Title: Assistant Property Manager

Location: Boston, MA (On-site)

Salary: $110,000 base + 10% annual bonus

Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities:

  • Support daily property operations, tenant relations, vendor management, and building maintenance

  • Assist with annual budgets, financial reporting, cost analysis, service contracts, and tenant arrears

  • Monitor property and tenant construction projects for compliance with approved plans

  • Support leasing, marketing, emergency preparedness, regulatory compliance, and community events

  • Help lead employees and third-party service providers in delivering a best-in-class hospitality experience


Assistant Property Manager Qualifications:

  • At least two years of property management, hospitality, real estate, or related professional experience

  • Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, P&L oversight, contracts, and cost analysis

  • Strong tenant service, vendor management, administrative, and project coordination skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn property management systems

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
