Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join their client's amazing team. This full-time position is located in a bustling commercial real estate environment and offers a rewarding opportunity to grow in the property management field.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Property Manager in overseeing and managing day-to-day operations of the property.
- Coordinating tenant communications and addressing any concerns or maintenance requests promptly.
- Maintaining accurate records of property expenses, lease agreements, and other related documentation.
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
- Ensuring compliance with property regulations and safety standards.
- Supporting the Property Manager in planning and executing property events and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in property management or related field is a plus.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 1st shift.
Benefits:
