SUMMARY The Assistant Property Manager performs many of the same tasks as the Property Manager-including leasing, marketing, accounting, maintenance, resident relations, and management reporting-but under the direction of the Property Manager. The Assistant Manager should be fully capable of operating the property in the Property Managers absence.
