About the Role:

CBRE is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support building operations and maintenance for a new state-of-the-art headquarters serving a major financial services client. In this role, you will help oversee an 800,000-square-foot high-rise campus located in the vibrant Victory Park district on the northern edge of downtown Dallas. This innovative, all-electric campus will feature rooftop gardens, an expansive park, and on-site fitness centers, creating an exceptional workplace experience. You will play a critical role in driving financial performance, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the financial and operational management of an 800,000-square-foot Class A headquarters campus in Dallas.
  • Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and financial analysis activities for the property portfolio.
  • Manage vendor invoice processing, billing activities, expense reporting, accounts receivable, and vendor relationships.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and operational trends to support business decisions.
  • Oversee and track work orders, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders and service providers.
  • Conduct regular floor walks and property inspections to identify facility needs, maintain workplace standards, and enhance occupant experience.
  • Coordinate compliance reviews, operational initiatives, and process improvements that drive efficiency and financial performance.
  • Serve as a key liaison between property management teams, client accounting, vendors, and client stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
