Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a property management company in Greensboro, NC. This position will support daily property operations, resident communication, administrative functions, work orders, reporting, and overall office support.The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and customer service skills, property management experience, and the ability to work professionally with residents, vendors, internal staff, and the general public.Location: Greensboro, NCPay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMType: Temporary / Temp-to-HireResponsibilities:Assist with day-to-day property management operationsProvide administrative and customer service support to residents and staffRespond to resident inquiries, service requests, and concernsEnter, track, and close out work ordersAssist with lease paperwork, resident notices, and property documentationSupport rent collection, delinquency tracking, reports, and file maintenanceAssist with purchase orders, invoices, office supplies, and administrative trackingHelp coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on completionAssist with property inspections, move-in/move-out processes, and general office needsMaintain accurate records and handle confidential information appropriatelyCommunicate professionally by phone, email, and in personPerform other related duties as assignedRequirements:High school diploma requiredProperty management experience requiredStrong administrative and customer service experienceProficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writingAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationSharePoint experience is a plusValid driver’s license preferredMust be able to pass a background check and drug screenWork Environment:This position works in a professional office setting within a property management environment.
