Morgan Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager at Riverside Towers in New Brunswick, NJ to help support a 169-unit community. We are seeking someone who is passionate about customer service, relationship-building, and helping a community thrive. What We Offer:

• $24.00-$27.00 per hour

What Youll Do:

• Support leasing, renewals, collections, and resident relations
• Assist with move-ins, resident communications, and daily operations
• Help maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction goals
• Support the Property Manager with administrative and operational responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies

What Were Looking For:

• Previous property management, leasing, hospitality, retail management, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and build positive relationships
• A professional who leads with passion, integrity, and respect while delivering an outstanding resident experience
