Assistant Property Manager & Operations Coordinator

We are building our next generation of property operators.
Our company owns and manages a growing mix of single-family homes, multifamily properties, and short-term rentals throughout the Saratoga region. We are seeking a dependable and resourceful individual to support daily property operations while learning the systems that drive successful real estate investments.
This is a hands-on role that combines field work, property support, tenant interaction, inspections, and operational coordination.
Responsibilities
Coordinate property showings and leasing support
Assist with tenant communication and issue resolution
Support property turnovers and move-in readiness
Conduct inspections and document property conditions
Coordinate vendors and maintenance activities
Perform light repairs and routine maintenance
Maintain grounds and exterior appearance
Support day-to-day operations across multiple property types
Requirements
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Basic repair skills
Strong organizational ability
Professional communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
