We're hiring a skilled Assistant Property Manager with strong Tax Credit and Yardi experience to support a senior community of 100-120 residents in Sacramento. This role is ideal for a detail‑driven professional who excels in compliance, resident relations, and daily property operations.

What You'll Do

• Support daily operations for a senior community
• Process work orders, post notices, and assist with move‑ins
• Maintain accurate resident files and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
• Assist the Property Manager with administrative and leasing tasks

What You Need

• Tax Credit experience required
• Yardi experience strongly preferred
• Strong administrative and customer service skills
• Ability to manage a fast‑paced workload with accuracy
• Professional business attire required

Job Details

• Location: Sacramento, CA 95825

• Pay: $26/hour

• Schedule: Monday-Friday

• Choose 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

• Type: Temp‑to‑Hire

• Community: Senior housing, 100-120 residents
