BG Staffing is seeking a professional, organized, and experienced Assistant Property Manager to support an apartment community in Tarpon Springs, FL (34689). This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, leasing, and resident‑relations experience-especially those familiar with Tax Credit housing and RealPage OneSite.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Support daily office operations and assist the Property Manager
• Handle resident inquiries, renewals, and customer service needs
• Process applications, certifications, and compliance documentation
• Manage rent collection, deposits, and basic accounting tasks
• Conduct property tours and assist with leasing as needed
• Maintain accurate records and update property management software
• Assist with Tax Credit compliance tasks (if experienced)
• Help coordinate resident events, notices, and community communication
• Ensure a professional, welcoming office environment

Requirements

• Previous Assistant Property Manager or strong leasing/administrative experience required
• Tax Credit experience preferred
• OneSite (RealPage) experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Comfortable with property management software and basic accounting
• Professional, dependable, and able to multitask effectively
