Assistant Property Manager-Temp

Ultimate Staffing is hiring for an Assistant Property Manager to cover for a LOA - for our Irvine office. This is a 6-8 week temp project.

One key requirement for this position is experience with Yardi software, specifically Yardi Voyager and Procure to Pay. The primary responsibility for this role will be handling daily invoice entry within the Yardi system for our Irvine team. Tenant Relations, Maintenance Coordination, Lease Admin, aid in prep of lease agreements, support the prep of property budgets, assist w/ rent collections and process invoices and payments. Assist in ensuring properties comply with all relevant regulations. Prp reports on property operations and tenant issues for senior management and stakeholders.

Retail and office properties experience.

Must have 2-5 years of experience. The position is expected to last approximately 6-8 weeks.

Pay is $25.00-$27.00 an hour
