Assistant Property Manager – Real Estate Company 

A growing real estate company is seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Property Manager to support property operations and tenant relations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating activities, and ensuring properties run smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
  • Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with staff to resolve issues promptly
  • Assist with property inspections, maintenance recommendations, and reconditioning
  • Review and recommend approvals for vendor invoices
  • Prepare tenant billings and coordinate move-ins/move-outs
  • Assist with reports, budget data, and accounts receivable aging
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or combination of experience and education)
  • Up to 3 years relevant experience
  • Strong problem-solving and judgment skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Salary: $60,000/year

Position may become full-time
