POSITION DETAILS:
Non-exempt; part-time; year around position; 10-15 hours per week; varied day and evening hours to include weekends; scheduled hours for this position will coincide with the facility's hours of operation.
This position primarily assists with the coordination and direct leadership of activities and rentals in an assigned Recreation Center. Locations include Brunswick Recreation Center, Centerville Recreation Center, Deer Crossing Recreation Center, Middletown Recreation Center, Oakdale Recreation Center, Sugarloaf Recreation Center, Thurmont Recreation Center, Tuscarora Recreation Center, Walkersville Recreation Center, and upcoming Valley Recreation Center. This position will lead various recreation programs and monitor organized activities such as team sports, fitness classes, arts & craft classes, martial arts classes, after-school enrichment programs and more. Supervision is received from the Recreation Center Coordinator.
