Salary Range: $49,250 - $60,000

Position Summary
Reporting to the Associate Registrar, the Assistant Registrar for Enrollment Services utilizes technical, functional, and research skills to optimize all facets of enrollment operations and student record and credentialing services within the Office of the University Registrar. Directs the operational management of enrollment and degree data processes, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with institutional policies and federal reporting requirements. Provides leadership and subject-matter expertise in student record services, including enrollment verification, degree certification, and credentialing processes. Coordinates with office management to ensure enrollment, degree, and academic data integrity adhere to Title IV requirements. Identifies and resolves emerging issues related to registration, verification, graduation, and credentialing. The Assistant Registrar serves as the primary contact for graduation and credentialing services and requests received from other units within the Division of Enrollment Management. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Details
* This position requires the following background checks: criminal history review, child abuse clearance and FBI fingerprinting. Cash Handling and Personally Identifiable Information background check.
* Offer of employment is conditional upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening.

Required Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree.
* At least four (4) years of directly related experience in higher education.
* An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Preferred Education and Experience
* Experience in a registrar or academic record-related function.
* Experience using a student information system, particularly Ellucian's Banner.
* Experience with graduation application, degrees awarded and diplomas.
* Proficient with relational databases, data analysis, and developing queries using SQL, preferred.
