Assistant Registrar for Client ServicesDepartment: EM Office of the RegistrarPart/Full Time: Full TimeJob SummaryThis position will provide oversight to the Client Services Team and will supervise team members. It will serve as a point of contact for escalations. The role includes daily Client Services duties such as providing information to clients, producing transcripts and enrollment verifications, handling Registrar's Office forms, retrieving information from the student information system. The position also assists with daily deposit submissions to the Bursar's Office and ensures Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance.
