Assistant Relocation Coordinator

Job Title: Assistant Relocation Coordinator
Location: South Bend, Indiana
Type: Contract
Compensation: $22.00
Work Model: Onsite – onsite
Hours: 7am-12:30pm

Responsibilities

• Assist with moving duties such as packing and lifting heavy boxes
• Provide direction to team and keep the team on track
• Perform tasks involving squatting, long periods of standing, bending, and moving belongings
• Engage in light cleaning as needed
• Help relocation coordinator with tasks such as unlocking units in the morning, handing out notices on unit doors, and talking to residents during moving

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy objects, perform physical tasks, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable and able to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment
• Able to provide direction to team and do what team members are doing
