Job Description

What does an Assistant Residential Director do?The Assistant Residential Director oversees residence managers and other direct support staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with all relevant regulations. This includes overseeing budgetary compliance and scheduling for staff within their region. While attention to individual needs is paramount, a key focus is providing administrative direction to staff. Under the guidance of the Residential Director and the Associate Executive Director, the Assistant Residential Director is a resource to managers and direct support staff, providing necessary materials, ideas, and information.Qualifications:A High School Diploma or GED is required.Bachelor's degree is preferred.At least two years' experience working with people who have developmental disabilities in a residential setting is required.Previous management experience is required.
