    ASSISTANT RESIDENTIAL MANAGER- ADULT RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

    Full-Time, Hourly $24.00 – $26.40/hour

    Shifts Available:

    • Monday & Tuesday: 2p-9p, Wednesday & Thursday: 7a-2p, Saturday 9a-9p (40 hours)

    The Role: As an Assistant Residential Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities while assisting in the day-to-day operations of a residential program. You will work closely with individuals and staff members, helping to ensure quality care and support services are provided, fostering independence, promoting well-being, and encouraging community inclusion. In this role, you will also assist with staff supervision, scheduling, program operations, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for both residents and team members. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships, provide leadership support, and make a tangible difference. This position requires a valid NYS Driver’s License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightway’s Transportation Orientation and one year of DSP experience. New hires that do not meet this criteria will be offered a lower rate.
