What you'll do:
Work the floor and serve guests
Train newer crew and help them get up to speed
Keep Dunkin' standards, recipes, and systems on point
Support the Manager with daily operations, orders, and cost control
Help keep the store safe, clean, and stocked
Handle cash accurately and follow cash-management procedures
Step in to support the team when the Manager is out
What we're looking for:
Some leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
Reliability and steady energy under a rush
A valid Maine driver's license and reliable transportation
Basic computer and math skills
A guest-first attitude
