As a highly skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in creating a loving and enthusiastic atmosphere while developing a dedicated team. This role offers you the chance to enhance your leadership skills and make a significant impact on our guests' experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, schedule, and coach Crew and Shift Leaders; set clear expectations and hold people accountable.
- Create a guest-first culture: staff to demand, model service, resolve issues fast, and act on feedback.
- Enforce safety, food safety, sanitation, and Brand standards; complete action plans to improve quality and speed.
- Execute promotions and new product rollouts (training, sampling, merchandising).
- Track results daily; control food, labor, and waste to hit profit goals.
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in English; basic computer and writing skills; must be 18+ (where applicable).
- Restaurant/retail supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong math and financial awareness; high school diploma or equivalent.
