Oak Hill Country Club is seeking an experienced and service-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to support à la carte dining operations across multiple outlets, including 1901, the Donald Ross Pub, and seasonal dining venues. This leadership role helps ensure consistent, high-level service while supporting team development and daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily restaurant operations across multiple dining outlets
  • Lead, coach, and support service staff during service periods
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings, opening/closing procedures, and daily inspections
  • Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and member experience expectations are met
  • Assist with scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance management
  • Address member and guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Support POS closeouts, reporting, inventories, and administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of food & beverage leadership experience
  • Strong service leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Private club or upscale dining experience preferred
  • Food safety and alcohol service certifications (or ability to obtain)
