Restaurant Manager | Stable Schedule + Consistent Environment (San Antonio)

• 5-day work week with management schedules created 4 weeks in advance to provide consistency and predictability, even in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary from $48,000

What you'll do:

• Lead daily restaurant operations
  
• Manage and support front and back of house teams
  
• Maintain food quality, service standards, and cleanliness
  
• Handle scheduling, staffing, and shift execution
  
• Ensure compliance with safety and health standards
