Requirements

The Winning Profile

• The Credentials: You've got an Associate's degree in business (or the equivalent experience).
• The Track Record: You've got a passion for learning and will complete the required CNB Retail Banking Development Programs.
• The Skills: You are a master problem solver and make Microsoft Office or Google Sheets dance to your tune.
• The Vibe: You are a pro at staying calm under pressure and treating everyone with the utmost respect.

The Fine Print

• Status: Full-Time, Exempt.
• Schedule: Expect a 40-hour workweek with hours generally Monday through Friday (9:30 AM - 7:00 PM) and Saturdays (8:30 AM - 2:00 PM).
• Environment: A professional, fast-paced office where no two days are the same.
