Responsibilities:
- Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction through effective training of staff, commitment to a “Do Whatever it Takes” attitude and a hands-on, lead by example management style
- Interviewing, scheduling, staff development and managing labor
- Product displays and building sales
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Retail Manager with a total of 5 years’ experience in a high-volume specialty retail operation
- Merchandising softlines and hardlines
- Able to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs
- Stable and progressive work history; strong work ethic

Pay Range:
