Seattle Pacific University is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Women’s Rowing team as a part-time Assistant Coach. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow within NCAA rowing while playing a pivotal role in recruiting, mentoring, and leading student-athletes toward competitive success. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, team player, and positive role model who thrives in a faith-centered educational environment.
The Assistant Rowing Coach position supports Seattle Pacific University’s mission by contributing to a Christ‑centered learning and working community committed to academic excellence, service, and engagement with the world. In this role, the employee brings their skills, gifts, and professional expertise to work that matters—serving students, colleagues, and the broader University community in ways that reflect SPU’s values and purpose.
