Assistant Sales support and project management

We are looking for an energetic, highly organized, and detail-oriented Sales support & sales project Coordinator who enjoys research, project management, customer support, and helping drive business growth. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in domestic and global sales with a clear path toward becoming an Account Executive or National Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective retail buying teams and identify new business opportunities though retailers.
• Build and maintain lead lists using online research and industry resources.
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings and new product launches.
• Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets for sales information , customer information, and project tracking.
• Coordinate with internal sales team to assist on developing projects while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Assist with customer presentations, proposals, and sales follow-up.
• Maintain CRM and customer databases with exceptional accuracy.
• Assist in preparing for trade shows and customer meetings.
• Monitor retail and industry trends to identify new sales opportunities.
• Work closely with company leadership on strategic sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and CRM Net suite skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
