- Immediately follow up on all leads via phone
- Align with salon leadership to roll out promos, events, and exclusive member experiences
- Keep the glam flowing—curate our front desk aesthetic, from candles to playlists
Requirements
- 2+ years leading front desk in luxury beauty or wellness
- Membership or retail sales wizard with proven numbers to back it up
- Excellent verbal charisma and multitasking grace under pressure
- Experience with salon software like MindBody preferred
- Aesthetic-driven mindset—you care how things look, feel, and function
- PRIOR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
