Now hiring an Assistant Salon Manager at La Plata Plaza. Walk-in or online check-in welcome. Real training, real responsibility, not a filler title. Leaders, not bosses: that is how our salons run Weekdays run 9A-2:30P and 2:30P-7P, with an added 1P-6P shift Fri Weekends run 9A-6P, plus a 10A-6P shift Total pay averages $31.50 to $41.50 per hour, on a guaranteed $17.50/hr base plus tips Tips paid weekly: card tips on your paycheck, cash tips go home with you 401(k) Product sales commission Paid vacation, full-time and part-time Real path toward a Salon Manager role

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as an Assistant Salon Manager, you'll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
