This is not just a financial investment for us - we are passionately involved and are very enthusiastic about the opportunities we all have in front of us to improve and growResponsibilities:- Provide a wide range of hair and beauty services to clients, including haircuts, hair styling, coloring.- Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in cosmetology to ensure high-quality service.- Sanitize and maintain all tools and equipment used during services.- Build and maintain a loyal client base by providing exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations.- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and increase revenue.- Mentor junior cosmetologists and assist with their professional development.- Maintain a clean and organized work station.Qualifications:- Valid cosmetology license in IL.- Proven experience as a cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of satisfied clients.- Excellent communication and customer service skills.- Proficient in a wide range of hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and updos.- Knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques.- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other salon professionals.- Strong retail sales skills to promote salon products.- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
