Assistant Salon Manager Retail

Our salon is growing in 2026 and we want to talk with you! We are currently hiring for the position of Assistant Salon Manager-Retail (Part Time OR Full Time).

Pay range for this position starts at $19/hr with an expected weekly hour range of 25-40 hours. However, based on your experience within the Beauty Industry we are happy to discuss compensation further with the right candidate.

Core Responsibilities
Drive retail product sales. Manage inventory control. Monitor stock levels. Order hair & beauty products. Audit retail & supply shipments. Keep retail shelves clean, well-stocked, visually appealing and organized according to brand standards. Guest services including answering phone calls, booking salon appointments, and processing of sales tickets. Keeping the front desk and waiting areas clean, tidy, and welcoming.
