The Assistant Server - Cielo supports the service team by providing prompt and attentive guest service in an upscale dining environment. This role is responsible for bussing tables, assisting with beverage and food service, resetting stations, and maintaining cleanliness and readiness in the dining area. The Assistant Server works closely with Servers to ensure a smooth and memorable dining experience for guests.
