Server Assistant (Busser/Food Runner)

We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and service-oriented Server Assistant to join our restaurant team. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience by supporting servers, maintaining a clean and organized dining room, and ensuring guests receive prompt and attentive service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Set, clear, and reset dining tables efficiently.
• Refill water, bread, and other guest requests as needed.
• Assist with pre-bussing and maintaining clean tables throughout service.
• Keep the dining room, service stations, and beverage stations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Polish silverware, glassware, and prepare dining room for service.
• Assist with opening and closing side work.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure seamless service.
• Respond quickly to guest needs while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $15.0 - $17.0 / Hourly with tips
