We are looking for an energetic and organized Service Advisor Assistant to join our growing automotive team. This is a foundational, entry-level role perfect for someone looking to launch a career in the upscale automotive service field. You will work side-by-side with our experienced Service Advisor, learning the ropes of customer communication, repair tracking, and shop workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Welcome: Greet clients warmly upon arrival, getting them checked in and comfortable.

Administrative Support: Help input accurate vehicle and customer information into our digital shop management system.

Shop Logistics: Safely move customer vehicles between the service drive, parking lot, and storage.

Status Updates: Assist with calling or texting clients to provide quick status updates on their vehicle's progress.

Quality Checks: Ensure repairs are completed correctly, vehicles are clean and ready for a seamless delivery.

Daily Organization: Keep the service drive, writer desks, and customer waiting areas tidy, professional, and well-stocked.

Requirements & Qualifications

License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are strictly required.

Mindset: A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a genuine interest in the automotive industry.

People Skills: Friendly, professional demeanor with strong verbal communication skills.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to multi-task, follow instructions closely, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Tech Literacy: Comfortable using computers, tablets, and learning new software systems.

Experience: No prior automotive experience required! Retail, hospitality, or customer service backgrounds are highly valued.
