Assistant Service Advisor - Full Time

We’re hiring an Assistant Service Advisor to join our service team in Washington, PA.

This is a great opportunity to start a career in automotive service without previous dealership experience. You’ll work alongside our experienced Service Advisors, learn the service process, assist customers, and develop the skills needed to grow into a full Service Advisor position.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers arriving in the service drive and provide a friendly, professional experience
• Assist Service Advisors with customers and daily service-lane operations
• Help manage the flow of vehicles and customers through the service drive
• Answer customer questions in person and by phone
• Provide concierge-style support and help direct customers to the appropriate person or department
• Assist with communicating the service and repair process to customers
• Help ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Work closely with Service Advisors, technicians, and other dealership departments
• Learn dealership systems, service processes, and automotive terminology
• Help create a positive customer experience from arrival through vehicle pickup

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, or other customer-facing roles is encouraged
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy service environment
• Willingness to learn and grow into a full Service Advisor position
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen
