Responsibilities
Supervise and support service technicians, ensuring efficient diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance procedures are followed accurately.
Promote upselling of additional maintenance and repair as due by mileage or inspection conditions, to maximize revenue opportunities.
Maintain excellent customer relations by explaining repair needs clearly, providing estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Manage administrative tasks such as service writing, auto estimating, and maintaining detailed records of work performed.
Requirements
Proven dealership experience with a strong background in General Motors auto service management.
Extensive knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and repair procedures to ensure
Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and customer trust.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and problem-solving.
Familiarity with auto estimating software and service writing procedures.
Mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience as a mechanic or service technician is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in cash handling and record keeping.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
